Your kit code has 10 digits. You find it on the side of your box and on the tube, next to “SN”.
Why it matters
The kit code links your sample to you. Our lab sees only the kit code, never your name.
The code does not work
- Check each digit: a 1 and a 7, or a 0 and an 8, are easy to mix up.
- Check that you are logged in to the account you ordered with.
