1Who we are

These terms apply to every order at NoviLabtest. The seller is Novi Labtest OÜ, registry code 17640560, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia. You can reach us at support@novilabtest.com.

2Ordering

You can order with or without logging in. We create an account with your order, because you need it to see your result.

3Prices and payment

All prices include VAT and are shown in the currency of your delivery country. You pay through our payment partners Mollie and Stripe.

A bank transfer through Mollie has to be paid within [n] days, or the order is cancelled.

4Delivery

We send your kit by post to the address you give us, in [n] working days. Every kit has a return envelope to our lab. The return label is in the box or to download after you register your kit, as the test page says.

5Cancelling and returns

You may cancel your order until we send your kit, and get your money back. [Sample text: what applies to an opened kit, after the legal check.]

6Doing the test

Follow the instructions in the kit and in the video. Register your kit with the 10 digits on the tube right after you take your sample.

If our lab can’t use your sample, we tell you what you can do. [Sample text: when a new kit is free.]

7Your result

Your result appears in your account. It shows your values next to the usual ranges of our lab. A result isn’t a diagnosis and doesn’t replace a doctor.

8Liability
