What to do
- Do not post a sample you are unsure about.
- Do not use parts from another kit: every tube belongs to its own kit code.
- E-mail support@novilabtest.com with your kit code and what happened. We look at what is possible.
Hurt yourself?
A finger prick leaves a tiny wound. If it keeps bleeding, or becomes red and painful over the next days, see a doctor.
