Questions
Can I see my customers’ results?
No. A result is private and only your customer sees it. You see statuses only, for example sample received or result ready.
Who keeps the tests and the results?
Novi Labtest OÜ keeps the tests and the results, also in white label. You get the statuses by API and webhook, as agreed.
How long can a kit stay on the shelf?
A kit can be registered up to a year after we pack it. Once the sample is taken, it has to be registered and posted within 30 days.
What does it cost?
