About NoviLabtest

You order a test kit online and take your sample at home, when it suits you. You don’t need an appointment.

Your kit has everything you need. For a blood test you take a few drops of blood with a finger prick. For a urine test you fill a small tube.

Then you register your kit online with its kit code, and you post your sample to our lab in the return envelope.

How it works

We don’t buy ready-made kits. We buy the parts, like tubes, lancets and envelopes, and make every kit ourselves.

We keep track of the stock of every part, so we know what we can make and send.

When we pack your kit, we link its kit code to your order. Then we send it to you ourselves.

Your sample goes to our accredited lab. The lab tests it and sends the result back to us.

The lab only sees your kit code and what it needs to test your sample, like your biological sex and age range.

It never sees your name, address or date of birth, and never your e-mail address or phone number.

Your result is yours alone. Here’s how we keep it that way:

• You read it in your account, with two-step verification.
• Our messages never contain your result. They only tell you it’s ready.
• You decide who sees it.
• You can download it and keep it yourself.
